Andrew Fedyk Net Worth: How the Canadian DJ Built a Multi-Million Dollar Empire From a University DJ Club

A version of this story begins with a meme about needing money for a Porsche. Earlier this year, Andrew Fedyk, one half of the Canadian electronic duo Loud Luxury, found himself standing on a Miami sidewalk with his then-fiancée, fashion TikToker Madeleine White, after a restaurant doorman turned him away for wearing a graphic t-shirt that referenced a Brad Pitt joke. White filmed the entire event and shared it with her nearly five million followers. Within hours, it had taken on its own life.

The irony was obvious to anyone who knew who Fedyk was. The shirt’s message, a mock-humble plea for Porsche funds, was exactly the type of winking cultural commentary that works when you’re aware of the wearer’s financial situation. Fedyk is estimated to be worth between $3 million and $5 million, which puts him comfortably in the ranks of working DJ royalty without approaching the cartoon wealth of the festival circuit’s most well-known names. It is possible that the number is conservative. Streaming royalties, touring revenue, brand partnerships, and a recent signing with Republic Records all tend to compound in ways that public estimates rarely accurately capture.

Fedyk grew up in London, Ontario—not the one with the Tube, but the other, in southwestern Canada—before attending the University of Western Ontario to study Political Science and Government. That isn’t the most obvious path to a DJ career. However, it was at a university DJ club that he met Joe De Pace, his future creative partner. The two reportedly went to a Porter Robinson concert together early in their friendship, and something about watching Robinson work a crowd seemed to settle the question of what they both wanted to do. That isn’t an unusual origin story for this industry, but it is a solid one. Most overnight successes have a long, boring history.

Loud Luxury released “See It Again” in late 2016, but nothing much happened. Then came “Body” in 2017, which featured vocalist Brando and was released on Armin van Buuren’s label Armada Music. The song debuted at number 49 on the Billboard Hot Dance/Electronic Songs chart, sold 20,000 downloads in its first week, and surpassed 40 million streams before anyone could fully process it. That number has since risen to nearly a billion plays on Spotify. One song. The type of track that, when played at the right time during a festival set, transforms a crowd into something almost geological in its movement.

Even a basic understanding of the financial mechanics of streaming success is worthwhile. A billion Spotify streams does not directly translate into a billion dollars; streaming royalties for artists range between $0.003 and $0.005 per stream after label cuts, implying that the actual take-home pay is a fraction of what casual observers might expect. However, on a larger scale, it adds up. And “Body” was not the end of the story. Loud Luxury has since had several number-one songs on the Billboard Dance/Mix Show Airplay chart, including “If Only I” with Two Friends and Bebe Rexha in 2023, “Crash” in early 2025, and their Republic Records debut single “R U Down?” later that year. Each chart topper broadens the revenue base.

Touring has always been the primary driver for DJs at Loud Luxury’s level. Festival slots at EDC Las Vegas and Lollapalooza, as well as residencies at venues such as Omnia Nightclub at The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas, are not small bookings. A Saturday night headline slot at Omnia is the type of gig that carries real weight in the DJ industry, and it is also where Steve Aoki and Martin Garrix perform. DJ fees at that level can range from tens of thousands to six figures per performance, depending on the night and venue. Fedyk and De Pace have been touring consistently since “Body” was released, which represents a significant accumulation over several years.

There’s also the Juno Awards chapter of this story, which is more important than it may appear financially. Loud Luxury won Dance Recording of the Year at the 2019 Juno Awards for “Body,” followed by Group of the Year in 2020. That level of Canadian industry recognition opens doors to media coverage, sponsorship conversations, and booking leverage. It’s the type of credibility that quietly raises a touring fee.

Fedyk’s situation is currently interesting to watch due to his signing with Republic Records in mid-2025. Republic is a major label in every sense, home to Taylor Swift, Drake, and The Weeknd, among others. That’s a significant institutional endorsement for a DJ duo who rose to prominence through Armada Music and independent work. It also implies that, regardless of Loud Luxury’s current net worth, the infrastructure is in place to significantly increase it. “R U Down?” debuted at number one on the Billboard Dance/Mix Show Airplay chart shortly after the signing, indicating that the relationship was more than just ceremonial.

Fedyk’s personal life has become more public in the last year or so, thanks largely to Madeleine White’s TikTok presence. Their July 2025 wedding in Santorini was the kind of event that would end up in Vogue — literally — with a Viktor & Rolf gown customized with forty hand-appliquéd butterflies, diamond jewelry from the groom, a live Natasha Bedingfield performance, and an after-party the couple apparently dubbed Club Fedyk, which lasted until the Greek sunrise. The poutine bar they set up for their guests on the beach is either charming or absurd, depending on your feelings about Canadian identity abroad, but it’s the little details that make the whole thing feel human.

None of this suggests that someone is pretending. The Brad Pitt t-shirt moment, the Instagram posts at Disneyland wearing a “Forget Milk, Got Beer?” top, the fact that he couldn’t help but get behind the decks at his own wedding despite swearing he wouldn’t — these are all consistent character notes. Fedyk appears to be less of a carefully managed celebrity brand and more of a person who has become extremely skilled at something that also pays well. That’s a rarer combination than it appears in an industry that often values image as much as skill.

It’s still unclear where Andrew Fedyk’s net worth stands as Loud Luxury enters its next phase. The Republic Records era is young. The tour schedule has not slowed. Streaming numbers continue to compound. What appears reasonably certain is that the figure most sources cite — $3 to $5 million — is a floor, not a ceiling. The music is still playing, and the crowd is still arriving.
